About Pamela

Hello! My name is Pam Harman and I work for Re/Max Innovations in Kansas City, Missouri. After 36 years at JCPenney I made the decision to take an early retirement and move back to Kansas City where my family lives. My dream has always been to sell real estate. I guess it is because I love the idea of being part of a client’s story and making their dreams come true. The real estate business is not that different from retail. It is all about the client experience and problem solving. Those that know me from JCPenney will tell you that Customer Experience was always my priority and will continue in real estate.
